1020am – looked at sainsburys magazine while on my break and checked my phone
110pm – checked phone during lunch and there were adverts on the tv
435pm – checked phone and facebook
640pm – heard music and adverts on the radio
650pm – checked phone and answered call
730pm – watched tv
830pm – internet
1000pm – answered a phone call

1200pm – put music on
1230pm – watched a drama on bbciplayer
100pm – checked phone
115pm – checkied facebook
200pm – made a phone call
400pm – radio in the car
